Fall is near, but you wouldn’t know it, with this heat wave. Stay cool and check on your neighbors. Hurricane season is also about to start so make sure you have enough supplies. Local elections will be in November. Make sure you are registered to vote by October 10th this year.

We are looking forward to having our Houston area councilman, Dave Martin (District E), at our next meeting. This is his final year as our council man due to term limits. Join us in thanking him for 11 years of serving our community.

With Spring season coming up, we need to look after our elderly neighbors. Look out if they need their grass cut, if their AC is working properly, or any other chores they may need. We are looking forward to seeing everyone of you at this next meeting.

Is is the start of another year and I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. With this meeting we will be covering yet again different violations of the deed restrictions that are going on, however, I am happy to announce that multiple violations have been corrected and I believe the neighborhood is tarting to take a turn for the better and we are having fewer violations. We still have a way to go, and there are some houses in the neighborhood that are in dire need of painting and other cosmetic issues. Thank you all for your cooperation and we are looking forward to seeing each and every one of you at this next meeting
