It looks like the second phase of the drainage project is getting ready to start as some, prep-work has begun. Also, we are taking volunteers for the Deed Restrictions Committee for help enforcing violations. A copy of our Deed Restrictions can be obtained with the County Clerk’s Office. Hope to see everyone at the meeting.

Happy new year! Thank you to everyone that made our neighborhood look festive during the holidays.

Please be on the lookout for vehicles that are not running, junked or parked on yards, trailers and/or boats on driveways and yards and yards that need mowing. Violations can be reported to 311 and ahdeedrestrictions@gmail.com.
